Warranty period of 1 year starts from the purchase date, unless stated otherwise.
During warranty period, if there is any defect from factory’s production standard or from correct usage/installation according to the official usage/installation manual, Uni-aire will repair or replace the defective parts, as deemed appropriate by Uni-aire in its discretion, free of change.
Uni-aire does not warrant or guarantee, and is not responsible for defects, failures, damages or performance limitations caused in whole or in part by :-
Repair, Alterations, and/or Modifications to any part of Uni-aire’s product by person not authorized by Uni-aire
Natural disaster, Lightning, power failures, surges, or accidents.
Negligence or lack of maintenance. To the product.
Animals or bugs get inside and damage the product.
Intentional or unintentional customer abuse, mishandling, misuse, improper storage of the product. Additional installation equipments, such as pipings, insulators, wires, switches, filter driers, refrigerant, are not included under this warranty.
Uni-aire does not have a product return policy.
To be eligible , the product must be accompanied by a completed and signed warranty card.
To be eligible , the Fan Coil Unit and Condensing Unit must match the model combination stated in the warranty card.
Warranty is only valid within the Kingdom of Thailand .
Warranty does not cover delivery cost and transportation cost for on-site service.
